Shipping methods
Orders shipped via Standard Shipping will be shipped via the US Postal Service, FedEx Ground or UPS Ground Delivery. For in-stock items delivered within the continental United States, you should expect to receive your order within the estimated time frames (listed as Business Days) defined below. If your order contains multiple items, it may ship from different warehouses and arrive on different dates.
Due to differences in shipping methods from our distribution centers we are unable to deliver packages to P.O. boxes. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Expedited Shipping
We do not offer expedited shipping via our online checkout system, however, expedited shipping is available upon request with orders placed over the phone. If a customer wishes to place an order with expedited shipping they may call us at 1-800-998-7750 and we will gladly assist in preparing the order and arranging the desired form of expedited shipping.
Order Processing Deadlines
For standard and expedited shipping, orders received before 2 p.m. Eastern Time Monday through Friday (except holidays) will be processed the same day. Orders received after 2 PM will be processed the next business day.
Our transportation partners do not process orders on the weekend. Therefore, if you place an order after 2 PM on Friday your order will be processed the following Monday.
Out of Stock Items
For out of stock items, we will notify you if we cannot ship your item within a week.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Just Home Medical are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of your order to the carrier.
